Old Town Tequila Factory is looking for an energetic and dependable Breakfast Attendant to create a warm, clean, and inviting breakfast experience for our guests. During our restaurant's transformation, breakfast will take center stage-and you will play an important role in making each morning memorable. You will prepare the breakfast area before opening, keep food and beverage stations fresh and fully stocked, assist guests, maintain an organized dining room, and help the team deliver the kind of hospitality that brings guests back.

What You'll Do

• Set up the breakfast buffet and dining room before opening.
• Welcome guests with genuine warmth and attentive service.
• Monitor, replenish, and maintain food and beverage stations.
• Bus, clean, and sanitize tables throughout service.
• Maintain proper food temperatures and safe food-handling practices.
• Keep the dining room, buffet, beverage stations, lobby, and surrounding areas guest-ready.
• Monitor inventory and communicate shortages or equipment concerns.
• Assist with light food preparation, cleaning, and event setup as assigned.
• Help create an organized and upbeat morning environment.

What You'll Bring

• Previous hospitality, restaurant, café, or customer-service experience is preferred.
• Ability to communicate professionally with guests and coworkers.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift items required for breakfast service.
• Food-handler certification, or the ability to obtain one within the required timeframe.
• Availability for early mornings, weekends, and holidays.
