The Hacienda Hotel - Best Western Plus Old Town is a charming 200-room, multi-building property located in the heart of San Diego's historic Old Town. Spanning 4.5 lushly landscaped acres, our hotel includes nine unique buildings, three beautiful meeting rooms, a relaxing pool, and an on-site restaurant with stunning city views. Position Overview:
Do you love being the bright start and warm finish to someone's travel journey? We are looking for a hospitality superstar who thrives on variety and connection-a Guest Experience Ambassador who seamlessly blends the service-minded professionalism of a front desk agent with the reliability and charm of a guest shuttle driver.

This dynamic role is perfect for someone who finds joy in helping others, takes pride in creating memorable guest moments, and can juggle a day filled with check-ins, check-outs, shuttle runs, and heartfelt welcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

Safely transport guests to and from the airport, while offering friendly conversation and local tips.

Greet and assist guests upon arrival-offer luggage help, escort them to rooms, and ensure they feel immediately at home.

Keep hotel entrances and common areas clean, clear, and welcoming at all times.

Assist at the front desk during peak hours-check guests in and out, answer questions, process payments, and provide that signature smile.

Collaborate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure rooms and amenities are guest-ready.

Share your local knowledge-whether it's a taco spot in Old Town or the best sunset view in the city.

What We're Looking For:

A guest service heart-someone who truly enjoys connecting with people and creating lasting impressions.

Flexibility to shift between driving and front desk responsibilities throughout the day.

Valid California Driver's License with a clean driving record (and comfortable driving a hotel shuttle/van).

Previous hotel, hospitality, or customer-facing experience preferred.

Ability to lift luggage (up to 50 lbs), walk and stand for long periods, and work both indoors and outdoors.

Professional appearance and communication style.

A team player who's ready to jump in and help wherever needed.

Availability to work Weekends and Evenings
